Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive  Talent Acquisition Associate  to support our end-to-end recruitment process and attract top talent to our team. In this role, you will collaborate with hiring managers, post job openings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow in a fast-paced HR/Talent environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing full-cycle recruitment for entry-level and mid-level roles.

  • Post job openings to internal and external job boards and social media.

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics with hiring teams and candidates.

  • Partners with hiring managers to clarify role requirements including initial intake calls in support of job requisition creation. Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, including EEO statistics.

  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Support employer branding and talent outreach initiatives.

  • Prepare offer letters and assist in onboarding logistics as needed.

  • Track and report recruitment metrics and KPIs.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support.

  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.

  • Must be detail oriented and able to follow through on issues to resolution.

  • Must be able to act both independently and as a team member.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of recruiting experience.

  • Knowledge of EEO, OFCCP, and other relevant hiring regulations.

  • Experience in the health care sector, specifically in

  • Experience with Workday's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) module.

  • Experience with employer branding and social media recruitment.

  • Certification in HR or recruiting (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS).
