What You’ll Be Doing:

Evolent seeks a highly organized and results-oriented Talent Operations Project Manager to lead cross-functional talent initiatives aimed at enhancing operational excellence, optimizing systems, and improving employee experience.

This role serves as a critical connection between talent leadership and project teams helping to ensure alignment and progress on priorities. This role will manage stakeholders across the talent team and broader Evolent, including operations, IT, Finance, Total Rewards and Employee Experience.

This role is pivotal in driving strategic Talent initiatives that directly contribute to Evolent's growth and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Execution

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Identify and monitor project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, proactively implementing solutions to overcome challenges.
  • Act as a utility player, contributing to various talent team projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration between HR, IT, finance, and external vendors.

HR Process & System Optimization

  • Evaluate existing HR processes and identify opportunities to streamline and address gaps.
  • Partner with talent teams on clear and concise process documentation across talent operations
  • Drive standardization of HR operational processes across different regions or business units.

Change Management & Communication

  • Develop change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new HR tools and processes.
  • Create training materials and conduct workshops to educate employees and managers on HR operational changes.
  • Serve as a liaison between HR and other departments to align project goals with business needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations, project management, or HRIS implementation.
  • Proven project management skills with experience in Agile, Lean, or other methodologies (PMP certification a plus).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Demonstrated ability to adapt and support multiple talent functions, showcasing versatility and teamwork.
  • Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Technical Requirements:

We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.

The expected base salary/wage range for this position is $90,000-$105,000. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors. As part of our total compensation package, Evolent is proud to offer comprehensive benefits (including health insurance benefits) to qualifying employees. All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.
