Job description

LPL Strategic Wealth is seeking a SVP, Strategic Wealth Field Director to play a key leadership role in the continued maturation and development of Strategic Wealth. Key success components to this role will be to drive and develop the overall same store sales strategy, operational plans, and processes to drive revenue growth and accomplish Strategic Wealth’s financial objectives.  This leader is responsible for producing outsized results in recruiting, organic growth, and Strategic Wealth client satisfaction. This successful leader will collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive growth innovation, recruiting, mentoring and developing field facing team to support Strategic Wealth clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Attract, hire, and develop field facing team to work with Strategic Wealth client firms.
  • Drive Strategic Wealth advisors’ growth while maintaining high advisor satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute on SSS growth strategies in a way that drives differentiated performance.
  • Partner with sales as the executive leader for Strategic Wealth recruiting.
  • Lead and grow the Strategic Wealth advisor community through conferences, forums and digital community.
  • Collect and synthesize voice of the client feedback and data to support capabilities expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on enhancements designed to elevate Strategic Wealth clients experience.
  • Measure success against agreed upon objectives and key results that aligned with the vision for the future of Strategic Wealth.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of financial services experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Must have Series 7,66; Series 9,10 strongly preferred.
  • Experience in both a branch and home office preferred.
  • Branch experience either in a role of branch manager, branch operations/service or branch administration.
  • Strong wealth management experience and a track record of recruiting and integration.
  • Ability to motivate employees, build teams and drive outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and respect with direct reports and colleagues.
  • A highly strategic thinker, with the ability to assess complex problems, prioritize key issues, focus on relevant facts and maintain a strong execution focus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to present materials to the highest levels in the organization and serve as a recognized subject matter expert, as well as the ability to frame complex issues visually.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels and lead change.
  • Awareness of industry dynamics and best practices.
  • Strong gravitas and executive presence

Pay Range:

$212,175-$353,625/year

 
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
