Job description

Job Overview: 

Lead a team of Data Management professionals to create databases that meet customer needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resource Management: Define and prioritize resources, manage assignments, and monitor productivity.

  • Staff Development: Set goals, evaluate performance, and implement training strategies.

  • Project Oversight: Provide expert guidance on Data Management deliverables and solve technical issues.

  • Customer Relations: Manage relationships with customers and provide technical advice.

  • Team Meetings: Hold regular meetings to discuss project status, risks, and team utilization.

  • Employee Engagement: Create plans to improve engagement and maintain open communication.

  • Leadership Communication: Convey messages from leadership and communicate issues effectively.

  • Bid Defense: Prepare and present in bid defense meetings and liaise with Business Development.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in internal and customer project meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in clinical, biological, or mathematical sciences, or related field.

  • Experience: 10 years of relevant work experience, including substantial people management.

Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of Data Management processes; clinical drug development; technical programming.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
