Senior AI/ML Engineer (all genders) (Any location in Poland)

At Tenthpin we are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior AI Engineer to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in building and leading aspects of our AI practice within the life science industry. This role involves working on complex AI/ML projects for both internal initiatives and client engagements, requiring deep technical expertise, leadership skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the life science domain.

The Opportunity

• Involvement in building out the AI practice with a focus on the life science industry internally and with our clients throughout the industry.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex AI/ML solutions tailored for the life science industry.
• Drive client engagements by providing deep technical expertise in AI/ML, contributing to areas such as AI Readiness Assessment, Data Strategy, Solution Design and Prototyping, and Implementation.
• Architect and deploy scalable AI/ML pipelines and systems in various environments, potentially including cloud platforms.
• AI Implementation and Integration.
• Lead Knowledge Transfer and Capability building efforts for both internal teams and clients.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical growth of the AI team.
• Collaborate closely with consultants and clients to translate complex business problems into technical AI/ML solutions.
• Building Industry-Specific AI Use Case Development.

Your Qualifications

• Experience in designing, building, and deploying AI/ML solutions, preferably within the life science or a similarly regulated industry.
• Proven deep understanding and expertise in fundamental AI/ML concepts and a strong track record of applying them to solve real-world problems.
• Understanding of the Life Science industry, including data types, processes, and regulatory considerations.
• Expertise in the SAP AI domain is highly desirable.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and architectural skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and potentially mentor teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude and a strong value for collaboration and teamwork.
• Fluent in English, any additional language is a plus.
