Position: License Clinical Social Worker

Location: Fully Remote (U.S. Only) | Ohio License Required

Compensation: $50/hr

Flexible Schedule: 16 hours/week - during the hours of 8am-6pm EST on weekdays

We're currently seeking a full-time LCSW to provide virtual intake and therapy services for patients ages 13+ through one of our Ohio-based outpatient partners.

What You'll Do
As part of a collaborative, well-supported care team, you'll:

Conduct intake assessments and establish initial treatment plans.

Provide therapy to patients (ages 13+) with a variety of diagnoses, with comfortability with treating adults as well as parents and teens in a rural coastal community.

Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including peer support staff, psychiatry, crisis services, case management, early psychosis treatment program, developmental disabilities office, and more.

More About the Role

Setting: 100% Remote | Ohio-based outpatient FQHC

Schedule: 16 hours/week - ideally Monday, Wednesdays, and/or Thursdays during the hours of 8am-6pm EST

Patient Population: 13+ (primarily adults), with diagnoses including anxiety, depression, bipolar, PSTD, and SUD

Appointments: 60minutes for intakes, 60 minutes for follow-up appointments

Caseload: Approx. 7-8 appointments per day

Qualifications: 

2+ years of experience as an independently licensed LCSW, Ohio license required

Availability during weekdays for 16 hours per week during EST hours.

Proven experience in providing therapy services with at least 2 years of experience

Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels.

Must have passed ASWB examination

Telehealth experience preferred (familiarity with Veradigm is a plus!)

Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
