We are looking seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join a vibrant international Cupid Media team!

Cupid Media
is an online dating company that operates 33 active niche dating websites based on religion, ethnicity, lifestyle and special interests. The network of sites are available in multiple languages and since its founding in 2000, over 60 million singles have registered across the company's sites. Cupid Media is based on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Investigating the drivers behind changes in business performance and user behavior.
  • Analyzing data to uncover hidden patterns, trends, and insights that inform product and business decisions.
  • Evaluating the outcomes of A/B tests and experiments, providing clear conclusions and actionable recommendations.
  • Contributing to product development and strategic planning through data-driven insights.
  • Assessing the potential impact of proposed features, changes, or marketing initiatives.
  • Building and maintaining dashboards to ensure stakeholders have access to up-to-date, meaningful data.

      We expect from you:

      • A degree in mathematics, statistics, or a technical field, along with solid knowledge and practical experience in applying probability theory and statistical methods.
      • Proficiency in data extraction, processing, analysis, and visualization using tools like MS SQL, Python, and Excel.
      • Hands-on experience with A/B testing — both execution and interpretation of results.
      • Understanding of core product and marketing metrics (e.g. LTV, CPA, Retention, CR) and how they drive business decisions.
      You Also Bring:
      • Product thinking – You see numbers as user behavior, think in terms of user experience and outcomes, and connect metrics to product decisions.

      • Systems thinking – You’re able to navigate between high-level goals and detailed execution, understanding how pieces connect.

      • Critical thinking – You question assumptions, challenge data and conclusions, and perform cross-checks to validate insights.

      • Strong communication skills, including:
        - Storytelling with data — you use metrics and context to build a clear narrative;
        - Explaining complex ideas in simple, understandable terms;
        - Structuring conclusions with actionable insights and potential impact;
        - Collaborating with colleagues and confidently presenting and defending your findings.

      • Proactivity and ownership – You don’t wait for instructions; you identify opportunities, take initiative, and drive tasks to completion.

      • English proficiency at B2 level or higher – both written and verbal communication.
