Job description

About the Receptionist Position

As a Receptionist for a US Law Firm, you’ll be our clients' first point of contact, greeting them and redirecting calls to other people or departments.

You’ll be responsible for performing clerical tasks that support the office’s daily operations. From answering phone calls, distributing mail, and scheduling meetings, you’ll have a hand in all parts of the business. Additionally, this position involves engaging with clients, assessing their legal needs, and ensuring accurate and comprehensive information is gathered to initiate legal proceedings. You will be working 50 hours per week during American business hours and get paid weekly.

Requirements:

  • Good English/Spanish communication skills
  • Phone etiquette
  • Customer service experience/receptionist experience/someone who is used to taking or making calls.
  • This role is mostly in-bound calls though. This is a phone-heavy job so similar experience.
  • This role is taking calls all day long and taking pertinent info from the caller quickly and transferring it to the correct team member, someone who is sharp to understand our various departments and their work so calls can be transferred correctly.
  • Organization skills and multi-tasking skills as we have a multi-line system, a CRM, and a chat system that they will be using for routing these calls.
  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Tech Savvy
