Position Overview  

We are seeking a motivated and strategic Senior Product Manager Coronary, to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for supporting the go-to-market execution for innovative products in the interventional cardiology space, primarily focused on European and select international markets. The Senior Product Manager will lead downstream marketing initiatives, drive market adoption, and support commercial execution efforts. Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and a strong understanding of the cardiovascular market is highly preferred. 

 

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in medical device product marketing and will contribute significantly to the continued growth and success of our coronary portfolio. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Product Strategy & Execution: Execute go-to-market plans to drive product adoption and sales growth, including inventory coordination, account segmentation, field force support, and commercialization materials development. 

  • Conduct Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor coronary market trends and competitive activity, providing actionable insights to refine product positioning. 

  • Sales & Marketing Support: Develop commercial tools, case studies, and customer testimonials to support field efforts; coordinate with regional marketing managers on localized campaigns. 

  • Data Analysis & Performance Tracking: Support the creation of dashboards and performance metrics to assess product and program success. 

  • KOL Engagement & Medical Education Support: Collaborate with the Medical Education team to identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and drive educational initiatives. 

  • Training & Digital Initiatives: Support training programs for sales, clinical teams, and distributors in partnership with the Clinical Training Manager; contribute to digital marketing efforts to boost customer engagement. 

  • Conference & Trade Show Support: Assist in planning and executing the company’s presence at major industry events alongside the broader Marketing and Medical Education teams. 

  • Product Lifecycle Management: Participate in managing the product lifecycle, contributing to new product launches and supporting in-market optimization efforts. 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Manufacturing, R&D, Regulatory, and Finance teams to ensure marketing alignment and successful execution. 

  • Other duties as assigned. 

 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered. Minimum of 3 years of post-MBA (or equivalent) experience in medical device marketing or product management. 

  • Experience in cardiovascular medical devices highly desirable.

  • Strong ability to partner with field sales teams, KOLs, and cross-functional internal stakeholders. 

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Skilled in translating complex clinical data into clear and compelling marketing materials. 

  • Effective collaborator with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Experience with new product launches is an advantage. 

  • At ease in a clinical selling environment. Skill to translate complex clinical data into compelling commercial messaging. 

  • Fluent English required; a second language (e.g., German, French, Spanish) is a plus. 

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
