As the Mass Affluent Sales and Client Experience Manager, you will be a member of PNC's Retail Banking organization reporting to our Mass Affluent Customer Care Business Leader.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of executing and influencing the enterprise Customer Care Center operational strategy to ensure attainment of all Premium Care business outcomes. You will collaborate to align strategies, roadmaps, and development plans as we create a new routing and servicing strategy to enhance the customer experience and support new products and programs.

This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.

Job Description
  • Leads and directs a team focused on sales and service, supporting the execution of strategic initiatives for a significant business market or line of business. Ensures consistency of execution and alignment with customer experience strategy.
  • Oversees the deployment of tools and resources and readiness materials, enabling the achievement of strategic initiatives and customer experience goals.
  • Identifies performance issues and makes recommendations to market managers to close performance gaps. Elevates issues to senior managers and recommends process improvement tactics as needed.
  • Facilitates change management within the business, ensuring tools and resources are consistently and effectively utilized at the customer interface.
  • Manages a team of Specialists. Responsible for team member development while monitoring progress against individual goals. Motivates and develops staff which includes, acquiring top talent and managing performance-based issues. Effectively plans, organizes, directs, analyzes and evaluates staff and processes. Connects strategy to day-to-day activities and updates the team on a regular basis.

In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $100,000.00 – $197,600.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
