The FP&A Analyst will play a key role in our LATAM revenue operations team, focusing on financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis to support data-driven decision-making. This bilingual professional (English and Spanish or Portuguese) will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment and bring strong analytical skills to drive performance and align financial strategy with business goals.
Analyze key SaaS metrics to uncover insights on revenue growth, retention, and unit economics.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align financial plans with business goals.
Monitor recurring revenue trends and customer behavior to improve forecasting accuracy.
Conduct variance analysis to compare actuals against forecasts and recommend strategic actions.
Streamline and automate financial reporting processes using BI tools and automation platforms.
Present financial insights and performance updates to stakeholders for data-driven decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA is a plus).
3+ years of experience in FP&A or similar roles, ideally within the SaaS industry.
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, with deep knowledge of SaaS metrics.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle); experience with BI tools or CRM systems is a plus.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese, both written and spoken.
Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and a proactive attitude.
