Key responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.

Provide direct supervision and training to staff and caregivers.

Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust plans as necessary.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
