  • Extensive experience in supporting the development, monitoring, and continuous refinement of strategic technological plans, ensuring that they align with the organization's long-term goals and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and track OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), ensuring effective measurement of performance and driving continuous improvement across technological initiatives.
  • Skilled in creating and managing comprehensive technology roadmaps that translate high-level strategic objectives into clear, actionable plans, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with broader business goals.
  • Expert in managing cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring successful coordination between different teams, monitoring risks, tracking deliverables, and prioritizing actions to meet organizational goals and timelines.
  • Proficient in preparing high-level presentations and materials for executive meetings, technology committees, and board sessions, ensuring the CIO/CTO is well-prepared to lead discussions and drive strategic decisions.
  • In-depth experience in managing and prioritizing the agendas of the CIO/CTO, balancing urgent and important tasks, and providing strategic guidance to help focus on high-priority objectives that drive business value.
  • Solid understanding of the financial sector’s landscape, including products, regulatory frameworks, and operational processes, enabling the alignment of technological initiatives with the specific needs and challenges of the industry.
  • Knowledgeable in the latest technology trends within the financial industry, including Fintech, AI, Cloud, and Cybersecurity, and how they impact business strategies, technological advancements, and regulatory compliance.
  • Highly skilled in analyzing large volumes of complex data, extracting meaningful insights, and presenting them in a clear, actionable format that facilitates informed decision-making and drives business strategy.
  • Expert in leveraging data analytics, dashboards, and performance metrics to guide decision-making processes, ensuring that all actions are based on accurate, up-to-date information and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with senior executives, business stakeholders, and IT teams, facilitating alignment, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the success of cross-functional initiatives.
  • Skilled in exercising leadership and influence across teams and stakeholders, driving alignment towards common goals, even without formal authority, through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Highly effective in both oral and written communication, with the ability to synthesize complex concepts into clear, concise messages tailored to the needs and expectations of executive and leadership audiences.
