What Product/team you’ll be working on: Ads Plus

Amagi seeks a motivated Senior Manager of Supply Partnerships responsible for building and maintaining solid supplier relationships to ensure a smooth and reliable supply chain. This role involves strategic planning, negotiation, and collaboration with key partners to achieve business objectives and ensure product quality and delivery.

What's Expected from you (Job Responsibilities)

  • Build strong partnerships with key suppliers to ensure reliable and efficient supply chain operations.
  • Develop and execute a supply chain strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and growth plans.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and contracts with suppliers to optimize costs, quality, and delivery schedules.
  • Oversee quality control and assurance processes to ensure all products or materials meet company standards.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, such as disruptions, quality issues, or price fluctuations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and logistics, to ensure the smooth flow of goods and materials.
  • Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular supplier audits to drive continuous improvement.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to reduce supply chain costs while maintaining quality and reliability.
  • Ensure all supply chain activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance, key metrics, and strategic initiatives to senior management

Requirements

Skills we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline). An advanced degree or certification in supply chain management is a plus.
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, procurement, or a related field, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining supplier relationships.
  • Proficiency in supply chain software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, data analytics, and forecasting software).
  • Knowledge of supply chain best practices and industry trends.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Ethical solid and compliance orientation.
