At Stoke RGA, we help manufacturing companies grow by simplifying the complex. We connect them with trusted partners who deliver results, while we focus on strategy, systems, and making sure the work actually gets done—and gets done right.
We’re a small team based in Wisconsin that runs lean and values clarity. When our systems work, everything flows. But right now, there’s room for improvement. That’s why we’re hiring—because we need someone who can bring structure, clean up the chaos, and help us run better every day.
We’re looking for an Operations Manager. You’re someone who lives for process and structure, and you know how to bring a team along for the ride—friendly, but firm. You’ll help us streamline, organize, and standardize how we operate, making sure things run like clockwork and nothing falls through the cracks.
In this role, you will:
🧠 Own and manage our ClickUp workspace—setup, automations, templates, and reporting
🔍 Audit existing workflows and systems to identify what’s not working
📦 Standardize project and task setup across the company
📚 Build and maintain clear SOPs for everything we do
🎓 Train the team on systems and processes, and onboard new folks
📊 Create dashboards and review cadences to monitor progress
🔁 Lead continuous improvement projects based on data and feedback
Working Hours ⏰: This is a full-time role, working Monday–Friday, 5am–1pm CST (that’s 12pm–8pm CET). On Fridays, we usually wrap up by noon CST.
Requirements
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
✅ 5+ years of experience in process improvement, and/or project management
✅ Proven ClickUp pro—configuring, auditing, automating, training
✅ Strong SOP and documentation skills—able to turn chaos into clarity
✅ Solid experience managing project management systems and cross-functional teams
✅ Great communication and training skills
✅ Organized, accountable, and driven by results
Bonus Points for:
⭐ Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or other certifications
⭐ Experience managing distributed or remote teams
⭐ Familiar with performance reporting and compliance dashboards
You’re someone who takes ownership, thrives on making things better, and isn’t afraid to hold people accountable. You’re detail-oriented and structured, but you also know how to work with people, not just systems. You’ll need to be confident, calm under pressure, and genuinely excited to improve how a business runs every day.
Benefits
What’s in it for you?
💰 Salary: $3,000 – $4,000 per month*
🕐 Full-time, fully remote role
🏝️ 15 days of PTO (plus 8 paid holidays and 5 additional days off around Christmas/New Year)
*Please note that this is a gross salary and that you are responsible for any tax-related procedures in your country of residence. We kindly ask you to apply only if you are happy to work remotely as an independent contractor.
