Job Title: Licensed Psychologist (PsyD/PhD) – Outpatient Mental Health Services

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

We are seeking a compassionate, evidence-driven, and culturally responsive Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) to join our expanding outpatient behavioral health team in California. What You’ll Do:

Conduct psychological intakes, diagnostic assessments, and evidence-based psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families
Tailor treatment plans that reflect the unique identities, values, and goals of each client
Provide psychodiagnostic testing and formal assessments (optional, based on your specialization)
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals
Engage in regular case consultation, peer support, and continued professional education
Option to supervise pre-licensed clinicians or participate in training program development (if interested)

Requirements

Doctoral degree (PsyD or PhD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program
Active psychologist license in good standing with the California Board of Psychology
A strong foundation in trauma-informed care, cultural humility, and relational or psychodynamic models (CBT, ACT, DBT, and other modalities also welcomed)
Minimum 1–2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred (newly licensed psychologists are welcome to apply)
