WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will play a key role in building and nurturing a strong pipeline of talent across various offices globally, including Bermuda, New York, Miami, London, Dubai, and the Philippines. You will be responsible for proactively sourcing, engaging, and qualifying candidates for various insurance-related roles. Reporting in the Global Talent Acquisition Partner, this role will involve collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, creating targeted sourcing strategies, and utilizing the latest tools and techniques to attract top-tier talent.

  • Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Proactively identify, engage, and build a strong pipeline of candidates for roles across Bermuda, New York, Miami, London, Dubai, and the Philippines.
  • Candidate Engagement: Engage with passive candidates through various channels, including job boards, networking, and referrals.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and the talent acquisition team to understand hiring needs, job specifications, and Relms company culture to deliver high-quality talent.
  • Screening & Assessment: Qualify and screen candidates to ensure they meet the requirements for the roles.
  • Recruitment Marketing: Assist with the development of recruitment marketing strategies, including creating compelling job descriptions, employer branding, and using digital platforms to attract diverse talent.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Support diversity recruitment initiatives to ensure a broad and inclusive candidate pool.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on sourcing activities and candidate pipelines to ensure targets are being met.

Requirements

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or similar roles, ideally within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Global Recruitment Exposure: Previous experience recruiting across multiple regions, including the US and the Philippines.
  • Insurance Knowledge: A basic understanding of the insurance industry.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with sourcing tools, platforms, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other recruitment technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple regions.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to work across different cultures and time zones with a global perspective and understanding of regional nuances.
  • Self-Motivated: A proactive, self-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Remote Working: Ability to work remotely
