Job description

We are looking for an Integrations Team Lead/ Manager . You’ll be directly responsible for the team building and maintaining integrations between Ometria and partner platforms & client systems.

Outcomes:

  • Lead an integrations team with strong technical and delivery capabilities.
  • Deliver and maintain a high volume of production-grade integrations.
  • Reduce integration time-to-value for clients and partners.
  • Drive technical best practices for API consumption, event-driven architecture, and system interoperability.
  • Maintain 99.9%+ uptime for live integrations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the integrations roadmap aligned with business priorities.
  • Hire, mentor, and manage integration engineers and solution architects.
  • Oversee design, build, deployment, and monitoring of all integrations.
  • Foster strong relationships with client technical teams and third-party platform providers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, support, and sales teams.
  • Own KPIs for integration performance, uptime, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure integrations comply with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
