Job description

Genesis10 is seeking a Materials Procurement Coordinator V for a 6-month contract position, with possibility to extend another 6 months, to work with a leading client in Pittsburgh, PA.

Compensation: $65-75 per hour W2.


Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing technical bid packages with internal customers
  • Prepare supplier service level commercial specifics with internal customers
  • Create technical and commercial RFP
  • Conduct/Support supplier and internal pre-bid meetings
  • Answer RFIs questions
  • Perform technical and commercial bid tabulations
  • Negotiate technical and commercial proposals
  • Engage with internal legal resources
  • Contract formulation (framework agreement)
  • Post contract supplier follow up
Requirements:
  • Engineering background
  • 5 plus years experience required
  • CPSM/CPM certification
  • Experience with large capital projects
