Job description

We are looking for a skilled Communication Manager to join our client’s team and help drive clear, engaging, and effective communication across a large, global program.

About the role

As Communication Manager, you'll lead the development and execution of communication strategies to support program goals. You'll adapt messages for different target groups, create compelling content, and ensure all communication aligns with brand guidelines. You will also manage internal platforms, like SharePoint, and support leaders with communication materials and advice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and maintain the program’s change story and communication plan.
  • Create engaging content such as presentations, newsletters, articles, and videos.
  • Manage the internal SharePoint site and coordinate news publishing.
  • Support leaders with templates and communication guidance.
  • Ensure brand compliance across all materials.
  • Collaborate with other communication teams within the organization.

Your profile

You’re someone who can turn complex information into clear, engaging content. You work well in a fast-moving, global environment and have a strong sense of visual and written communication. You're confident advising leaders and are proactive in solving communication challenges. You’re a creative thinker with a hands-on approach and a strong eye for detail.

Requirements

  • Experience working in large, complex global organizations.
  • Strong skills in simplifying complex topics and making them engaging.
  • Visual communication skills (experience with video filming/editing is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality content efficiently.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Ability to travel as required for the role.
