We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team supporting federal government clients. This role is ideal for professionals with strong analytical capabilities, a deep understanding of ServiceNow, and a commitment to delivering high-impact solutions in a mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with government stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and define functional and technical requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
  • Facilitate the prioritization of business needs, translating them into scalable ServiceNow solutions that align with agency goals and compliance standards.
  • Design and document business processes, workflows, functional specifications, user stories, and test plans.
  • Lead and support system and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Partner with technical teams to validate functionality and ensure solutions are built to specifications.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of federal agency operations, applying industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct workshops and presentations to communicate requirements, process improvements, and system capabilities to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Qualifications:
  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • Active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain one
  • Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience, preferably in a government or federal consulting environment
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including familiarity with common modules and functionality
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively
  • Proficiency in developing business process documentation using Microsoft Visio or similar tools
  • Experience translating business needs into detailed technical requirements
  • Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and ITSM best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced, team-oriented environments with diverse stakeholders
