Job description

Webprofits is a leading DTC ecommerce marketing agency specialising in helping brands drive growth through sophisticated digital growth frameworks. Established in 2006, we have innovated and re-invented ourselves throughout our history, always looking for a smarter, better and faster way to do things. We are looking for a Paid Search Specialist to support the ongoing delivery and performance of our Paid Search campaigns across a diverse portfolio of DTC brands. In this role, youʼll work closely with a Senior Paid Search Consultant to implement, optimise and scale performance campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for Paid Search to get hands-on with complex campaigns and play a key role in delivering results in a fast-paced agency environment. Webprofits is a remote-first, independent agency with a culture that promotes transparency, learning and excellence. Requirements:

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong working knowledge of the Paid Search landscape and a proven track record of execution across the following areas:

Campaign Setup & Optimisation:

  • Build and optimise Paid Search campaigns for both ecommerce and lead generation clients.
  • Confidently use Google Ads Editor for bulk uploads and campaign updates.
  • Work with Paid Social Consultants to source high-performing UGC, upload it to
    YouTube, and integrate it into Performance Max campaigns.

Ad Copy & Creative Management:

  • Support creation and testing of direct-response ad copy.
  • Update ad copy to reflect current promotions and offers, including setting up ad extensions.
  • Review RSA performance to identify new copy variations to test based on data insights.

Keyword Management:

  • Conduct keyword research with a focus on high-intent terms.
  • Optimise target keywords and structure to improve Quality Score and campaign performance.
  • Review search term reports and manage negative keyword lists to improve efficiency and avoid wasted spend.

Merchant Centre & Product Feed Optimisation:

  • Add promotions and support feed optimisations in Google Merchant Centre (i.e. product titles, categories, and images).
  • Monitor out-of-stock product listings and update them in their respective campaigns.
  • Check and resolve disapprovals, GTIN issues, or flagged products.

Bid Strategy & Budget Management:

  • Manage manual bids and automated bidding strategies across campaigns to uncover optimal performance.
  • Track and manage daily spend to ensure alignment with monthly budget pacing.

Platform QA & Troubleshooting:

  • Identify and resolve platform issues such as ad disapprovals, tracking errors, and broken URLs
  • Validate that conversion events and tags are firing correctly via Google Tag Manager.
  • Resolve platform issues such as support tickets, billing discrepancies, and policy violations.

Reporting & Insights:

  • Assist in preparing performance reports and communicating key insights.
  • Pull attribution and ROAS data from platforms like TripleWhale to inform performance narratives.
