Up to 2 years experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales (real estate experience a strong plus).
Excellent communication skills, with a confident and personable phone presence.
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
Core responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to property owners using a dialer system.
Engage leads in a friendly, professional manner to identify potential sellers
Ask qualifying questions to gather relevant property details (condition, motivation, timeline, etc.).
Accurately input lead information into the CRM and update records in real time.
Set appointments for the acquisitions team to follow up with high-potential leads.
Follow scripts while adapting naturally to different seller responses.
Maintain consistent communication with team members and attend daily check-ins or performance reviews.
Track daily KPIs and contribute to lead generation goals.
