2.5+ years managing PPC, social‑media and email‑marketing campaigns with demonstrable results.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Mailchimp/HubSpot, Google Analytics/Data Studio.
Hands‑on experience with SEO content creation, competitor analysis and data‑driven strategy optimization.
Familiarity with podcast workflows and audio‑editing (Audacity, Adobe Audition); video‑editing skills.
Proven track record creating/managing course and membership content and driving member engagement/retention.
Exceptional written/verbal communication, attention to detail, and brand‑voice consistency.
Highly proactive, self‑motivated multi‑tasker in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong analytical mindset; adept at deriving insights from data and continuously learning best practices.
Experience using Asana (or similar) for project management
Core responsibilities:
Paid & Organic Campaigns: Develop, launch, optimize PPC (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and comprehensive digital‑marketing strategies (social, email, content) to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
Content & SEO: Produce, schedule and optimize written, visual, multimedia and video content (social posts, blogs, courses, membership materials, promo videos) for engagement, organic search rankings and member retention.
Email & Lead Nurture: Design, execute and analyze segmented, A/B‑tested email campaigns (Mailchimp, HubSpot) with performance reporting to nurture leads and boost conversions.
Podcast & Video Production: Assist all podcast phases (ideation, scripting, recording, audio‑editing in Audacity/Adobe Audition, promotion) and edit/produce brand‑aligned marketing videos.
Analytics & Reporting: Track/report on key metrics (traffic, CTR, conversion, CPA, membership engagement); conduct competitor research; identify trends and optimization opportunities; prepare stakeholder reports.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Tools: Partner with sales, product, design; research/employ emerging tools; manage projects and workflows in Asana.
