Job Description:

Summary:

This position is responsible for the servicing of accounts which will range in size. The ideal candidate must use all available resources to present solutions and resolve issues with assigned accounts. This position will require significant travel in the calendar year.

Primary Duties:

  • Servicing of customer accounts
  • Large accounts will require 2-4 visits a month and each visit may extend 2-3 days.
  • Service hours for large accounts will range from 8-10 hours per visit followed by 2-4 hours for report writing and summation of the visit.
  • Medium accounts will require 6-8 hours per visit followed by an additional 2-4 hours of report writing and summation of the visit.
  • Small accounts require 1 visit per month with service hours at a minimum of 2-6 hours per visit followed by an additional 1-2 hours for report writing and summation of the visit.
  • Travel is required and will average 35,000 to 60,000 miles per year.
  • Days on road will average 3-5 days per week.
  • Responsible for servicing established accounts while developing new business growth.
  • Collaboration with other colleagues to provide a team approach to customer service. 
  • Use of all resources available to present solutions and resolve issues to satisfy client needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred
  • Understanding of Microsoft programs and ability to create and generate reports
  • Proven sales record
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient at time management

  • Knowledge of basic cleaning functions and chemicals
  • Excellent driving record
