Job Title
Clinical Application Specialist - IGT-Ahmedabad

Job Description

The Application Specialist is responsible for the post sales application training at new and existing IGT sites. He is responsible for pre sales demos of IGT products and support for clinical activity in his region. Develops and Maintains relationship with all the key IGT users .

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for post and presales application training for new and existing sites
  • System should be successfully handed over to Users and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Clinical application support to users till the time he is confident on handling the system independently.
  • Developing good relations with users/clinicians
  • Developing new sites as a demo/ reference site
  • Application support for regional and national conferences and workshops
  • Application support for Clinical activities; User meet and technicians’ CME for Knowledge transfer.
  • Gather the Info about own products and competitors’ products.
  • Internal sales training on key application tools.
  • Responsible for creating Case studies, Clinical newsletter, testimonials.
  • KOL Development and Management
  • Post installation user training

Educational Qualification:

  • B.Sc/M.Sc Cardiology and Imaging Sciences

Experience:

  • 3+ years’ experience in Cath lab.
  • Should have an acumen towards Clinical anatomy, Physiology, clinical procedures and workflow of medical system and devices.

Behavioral Competencies:

  • Fluent in English, verbal and written
  • Quick learner
