Position Overview:
The Freelance Recruiter will assist with ongoing recruitment projects by supporting the end-to-end hiring process as needed. This role is fully remote, targeting mostly the EU market, and offers payment based on successful placements. The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, and experienced in engaging with candidates and clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a steady inflow of qualified candidates across different industries and geographic regions within the EU market.
- Present suitable candidates in the Staff Shop format promptly in response to open requisitions.
- Manage daily communication with candidates through phone, email, and other channels, ensuring timely and professional responses to all stakeholders.
- Conduct quality calls and check-ins to assess candidate needs, gather feedback, and make replacements or adjustments as necessary.
- Promote and exemplify the Company Mission, Vision, and Values, demonstrating company culture to employees, clients, and temporary staff when appropriate.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter, with background in sales, business development, or HR.
- Proven track record in recruitment within the EU market.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Post-secondary education or a relevant combination of education and experience.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Payment is based on successful placements, aligning incentives with recruitment outcomes.
