Job Description Summary
The Inbound Call Coordinator is responsible for successfully completing the required basic training and performing basic job functions with assistance from co-workers, specialists, and managers on non-basic issues.
How will you make an impact & Requirements
Primary Duties:
Provide administrative support to patients, clinicians, physicians, and health plans by answering inbound calls related to medication, referrals, authorizations, and medical record inquiries.
Obtain related documentation (e.g., patient information, insurance coverage).
Qualifications:
Entry-level position with little or no prior relevant training.
Acquires basic skills to perform routine tasks.
Work is prescribed and completed with little autonomy.
Works under close supervision or clearly defined procedures.
Requires an AAS/AS degree or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Compensation:
$14.84/hr. - $22.25/hr. & bonus eligible
