Your Role in Action:

  • Champion agile principles across development teams and ensure smooth implementation.
  • Coach and support Product Owners and developers in applying agile practices.
  • Identify and remove obstacles and risks proactively, enabling self-organized teams.
  • Track project progress and drive achievement of sprint and project goals.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and maintain essential Scrum artifacts.
  • Foster continuous improvement within teams through feedback and retrospectives.

 

Your Talent and Experience:

  • Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile development environments.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification.
  • Deep knowledge of agile methods, Scrum Master certification (CSM® or PSM I) is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to collaborate across interdisciplinary teams and various organizational levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
