Join us as a Scrum Master and help shape the future of agile development in a dynamic, international environment. You’ll empower teams, remove obstacles, and ensure that our software solutions for the global retail industry are delivered with speed, quality, and collaboration.
Your Role in Action:
- Champion agile principles across development teams and ensure smooth implementation.
- Coach and support Product Owners and developers in applying agile practices.
- Identify and remove obstacles and risks proactively, enabling self-organized teams.
- Track project progress and drive achievement of sprint and project goals.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and maintain essential Scrum artifacts.
- Foster continuous improvement within teams through feedback and retrospectives.
Your Talent and Experience:
- Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile development environments.
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification.
- Deep knowledge of agile methods, Scrum Master certification (CSM® or PSM I) is a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to collaborate across interdisciplinary teams and various organizational levels.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
