To join our team as an Operations Supervisor. You will lead teams who ensure smooth operations of program and business processes to deliver projects and programs to clients. Operations roles tend to be more internal-facing than client-facing, although operations staff will often have direct client contact.​

  • Partner with the team to complete data entry, forecasting and program requirements.

  • Delivery and quality assurance: with adherence to program guidelines.

  • Project and/or process management.

  • Data Management for Program Support, Field Support, & Business - Development Support.

  • Managing a team of 4+ individuals.

Target Compensation....

$64,000 - $66,000 depending on experience.

Compensation Range

$63,445.00 - $88,600.00
