Raytheon Analysis and Capture Excellence (ACE) is looking for an AI Senior Manager to manage the development, deployment, and use of artificial intelligence tools to improve our captures and proposals. This is an exciting opportunity to use technology to improve efficiency while increasing our win rates to generate more revenue.

What You Will Do

  • Identify, document, and manage ACE requirements for AI capabilities (such as developing proposal outlines, evaluating proposal compliance, generating proposal content)
  • Collaborate with Raytheon Digital Technology and other stakeholders on requirements implementation, including priorities, schedules, testing, and migration to production
  • Develop and maintain an overall plan for using AI to improve Raytheon business development efficiency and effectiveness
  • Identify and support data management strategies and approaches to make Raytheon information easily accessible to AI tools
  • Gather data for, develop, and maintain the overall business case for using AI in Analysis and Capture Excellence
  • Travel up to 25% for collaboration and other meetings with Raytheon staff

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum of 10 years business development, IT, AI, project management experience, or an Advanced Degree and minimum of 7 years of experience
  • 2 years of experience supporting business development processes (capture and proposals)
  • 1 year of experience with generative AI tools
  • Experience in business process analysis, IT application deployment, or change management

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Project / resource management experience (communicate, plan, execute, monitor)
  • Cross-functional experience, including leading projects with stakeholders from multiple functions
  • Experience in managing compliance with system access, data security, and other policy/regulatory compliance
  • Experience with Sole Source proposals (including Basis of Estimates and supplier quotes)
  • Current DoD Secret security clearance

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
