None/Not RequiredCollins Aerospace Engineering Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to manage and optimize Deltek Cobra and Microsoft Project Server (EPM). This role involves ensuring seamless integration between Cobra, SAP and EPM Systems while maintaining the highest standards of system performance and reliability.
** This individual can sit at any Collins domestic location or remote. **
What YOU will do:
Oversee the administration of Deltek Cobra and Microsoft Project Server (EPM)
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system usage and administration processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve reported issues by collaborating with users and the appropriate Digital Technology (DT) teams to implement effective solutions.
Coordinate with vendors to identify and address software bugs, test proposed fixes, and ensure smooth deployment.
Plan, test, communicate, and apply cumulative updates in collaboration with other DT administrators and the user community.
Support audits, divestitures, and system enhancements, ensuring compliance with business requirements.
Work on approved enhancement requests, including system design, configuration, development, testing, and training material creation.

Qualifications You Must Have:
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
Experience working with Enterprise level DT Organizations.
Deltek Cobra experience.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Proven experience in administering Deltek Cobra and Microsoft Project Server(EPM).
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct root cause analyses and implement effective solutions.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across teams and with vendors.
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining accurate and thorough documentation.
Familiarity with SAP is a plus
Familiarity with Collins Aerospace DT and Finance processes/tools.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
