Job Overview: 

Tactacam is seeking a dynamic and experienced Canadian Sales Manager to lead and grow our presence across Canada. This individual will be responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives, managing dealer and distributor relationships, and executing go-to-market strategies tailored to the Canadian outdoor enthusiast market. Responsibilities: 

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets in Canada. 

Identify and onboard new retail partners, distributors, and key accounts. 

Manage and grow existing customer relationships to maximize brand loyalty and sales performance. 

Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and product launches in the Canadian market. 

Provide regular sales forecasts, market intelligence, and competitive insights. 

Represent Tactacam at trade shows, dealer events, and industry functions across Canada. 

Ensure all sales activities align with company goals, brand standards, and compliance requirements. 

Partner with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. 

 

Qualifications

Requirements: 

Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in outdoor products, electronics, or sporting goods. 

Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years managing the Canadian market. 

Strong network within the Canadian outdoor or sporting goods retail industry is a plus.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 

Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote role.

Based in Canada and legally eligible to work in Canada. 

Willingness to travel regularly within Canada.
