BI Solution Analyst - ThoughtSpot

Role Overview

As a BI Solution Analyst, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and automating solutions to streamline business processes. You will work on TS configuration, data preparation, problem-solving, and automation, collaborating with stakeholders to improve efficiency through data-driven insights and technical expertise. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, programming skills, and experience in business intelligence and automation tools. You will own end to end set up, development and maintenance of 3^rd party hosted TSE solution.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and configure TSA & TSE solutions to meet business needs.
Manage TS product configuration and provide expertise in troubleshooting.
Prepare, clean, and manage data for reporting, automation, and analytics.
Identify and solve technical and business problems using analytical and programming skills.
Map use cases and align solutions with business objectives.
Design and implement tools and automation to optimize processes.
Work with SQL databases, ThoughtSpot, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
Integrate APIs and develop scripts for automation and efficiency.
Collaborate with Acadia senior leadership, client stakeholders, document technical solutions, and support debugging.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

2+ years of hands-on experience with ThoughtSpot. ThoughtSpot certification is a plus.
Programming expertise in CSS & JavaScript.
Experience with API integration and automation frameworks.
2-5 years of experience in a similar role involving data, automation, and solution development.
Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
Proficiency in SQL and database management.
Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes for data transformation.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation abilities.
UI development experience is a plus.
Self-starter, outstanding listener, great presenter, terrific interpersonal and communication skills.
