Data & AI Program Delivery Lead Director drives the strategic planning, execution, and oversight of data initiatives, ensuring data quality, timely delivery, and alignment with business goals, while also managing teams and stakeholders. g and business outcomes.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
Strategic Planning and Leadership:
- Develop and implement a data delivery strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify and prioritize data delivery projects and initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to data governance policies and standards.
- Lead and motivate a team of data professionals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Project Management and Execution:
- Oversee the end-to-end data delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
- Ensure that data projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Implement and monitor data quality processes and metrics.
Data Governance and Management:
- Champion data governance principles and best practices.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Develop and maintain data documentation and metadata.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data delivery.
Team Management and Development:
- Recruit, train, and mentor data delivery team members.
- Provide performance feedback and coaching.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure data needs are met.
- Represent the data delivery function at meetings and presentations.
Who You Are
- Must have demonstrated leadership ability, business acumen, and industry knowledge
- Expert knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring, and controlling programme delivery
- Expert business case development skills
We’d love to hear from people with
- Bachelor’s degree
- Master’s degree preferred but not required
- 10-15 years of data strategy and product experience including large-scale complex projects OR equivalent experience.
- 5-10 years of project management experience including large-scale complex projects OR equivalent management experience
- Extensive experience of operating to project management methodologies, including detailed governance, risk management and associated reporting
- Strong experience in managing complex projects and programs simultaneously across a global team.
- Experience of working on international projects / projects with international / territory-specific considerations in a project management capacity
- A track record of delivering international market entry projects across multiple geographies and business models advantageous but not a must.

$200,000 - $205,000
The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
