Your Title: Sales Account Manager (m/f/d)

Job Location: Germany remote, Austria remote or Switzerland remote

What You Will Do

As an Account Manager you will actively take charge of selling our cutting-edge products by finding and developing new distribution/retail partners. Drive growth by expanding existing accounts within the sales channel. Create strong awareness and demand for our products. As an integral part of our team, you'll build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of accounts while collaborating with our experienced sales reps and executives to ensure customer success. 

  • Proactively identify customer needs, resolve issues, and pursue revenue opportunities to drive business growth

  • Oversee the implementation phase, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience

  • Communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization including executive and C-level

  • Deliver client-focused solutions to customer needs

  • Accurately assess a situation and arrive at a positive solution

  • Juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

Skills and Experience You Should Bring

  •  Minimum of 5  years of experience within sales, or comparable experience

  • Bachelor’s in a technical field, business or related field

  • Experience supporting a sales strategy, including the techniques and tactics based on customer feedback and the market environment

  • Business development experience including prospecting, networking, partnering, and achieving overall client satisfaction

  • Experience working within CRM systems, Salesforce preferred

  • Ability to travel as needed, up to approx. 50%. A valid driver’s license and vehicle rental access is required 

About Your Location

The role covers predominantly the DACH region. You should be situated inside the region preferably close to international air transportation. Trimble offers office locations in various cities inside the region or the role can likewise be executed from a remote location (home office).
