Job description

Position Summary: 

Are you ready to make a significant impact on our company’s success? As The Director of Total Rewards will be at the forefront of shaping and managing our compensation, benefits, HR systems, health and safety, and HR process and operations. This role will report to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and ensure that the company's total rewards strategy aligns with business goals and supports the attraction, retention, and engagement of top talent. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in public company compensation practices and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

•Compensation Management:
- Design, implement, and manage compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and equity plans, ensuring external competitiveness and internal equity.
- Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure compensation structures are competitive within the industry.
- Oversee the administration of executive compensation, including short-term and long-term incentive plans, in compliance with public company regulations 

•Benefits Administration:
-Develop and manage comprehensive benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
-Ensure benefits programs are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant with legal requirements.
-Evaluate and implement new benefits offerings to meet the evolving needs of employees.

•HR Systems:
-Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure efficient and accurate data management.
-Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate HR systems with other business systems.

•Health and Safety:
-Develop and implement health and safety programs to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
-Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
-Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.

•HR Process and Operations:
-Streamline HR processes and operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
-Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
-Provide guidance and support to HR team members on operational issues.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
-Minimum of 10 years of experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
-Extensive experience in public company compensation practices, including equity compensation and executive pay 
-Strong knowledge of HR systems and technology.
-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership.
-Certification in compensation (e.g., CCP) or benefits (e.g., CEBS) is a plus.
-Strategic thinking and the ability to align total rewards programs with business objectives.
-In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations and best practices.
-Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technology platforms.
-Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.

Salary range of $160,000 - $238,000. [It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.] The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law including geographical location.
