We are seeking a strategic SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting high-quality, optimized content that drives organic traffic, improves search rankings, and supports lead generation and conversion efforts. You will work closely with SEO strategists, content writers, and developers to implement best practices and ensure content aligns with search intent and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct keyword research using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner to identify content opportunities.
Plan, write, and optimize blog posts, web pages, product descriptions, and other digital content for SEO.
Client Servicing: Manage International & Domestic clients, providing regular updates, insights, and performance reports.
Analyze content performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools, and make data-driven improvements.
Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and evolving SEO trends to maintain best-in-class content strategies.
Perform regular SEO audits and recommend on-page improvements (titles, meta descriptions, headers, alt tags, internal linking).
Assist with content calendars, topic clusters, and editorial planning to ensure a consistent content pipeline.
AI Reporting & Dashboards: Create AI-powered reports and dashboards to track performance, optimize SEO efforts, and measure KPIs like traffic, leads, and conversions.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in SEO-focused content writing or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of on-page SEO, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
Proven experience using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO, Yoast, or Clearscope.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with CMS platforms (especially WordPress) and basic HTML is a plus.

Ability to interpret analytics and translate insights into actionable content strategies.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Communication skills - both verbal and written
Presentation skills and addressing the client with confidence
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Knowledge of technical SEO and experience working with developers.
