Minimum Qualifications
Education: Master’s in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or other qualified degree.
Licensure Requirements: Must have active LPC, LCSW or LMFT in the state of Oregon. We are currently open to hiring providers who are licensed in Oregon, as well as those residing in and licensed in the following states: Washington, Idaho, Arizona, Texas, Nevada and Utah.
Experience: Providing behavioral health services using evidenced-based practices to clients of all ages, welcoming therapists with expertise in working with any age group, from children to adults.
Location: Remote (U.S.-based, Work from Home) This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace. We currently hire in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Arizona, Texas, Nevada and Utah. Working hours are based on company hours in the Pacific Standard Time Zone.

Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive Compensation:Compensation is based on billable services rendered. Earning potential is based upon clinicians who work for us. Brightways clinicians make from $84,480.00 to $163,014.00 per year (working 4 or 5 days per week). Income depends on your ability to engage with clients and the clients desire to continue to see you as their therapist as well as how many clients you schedule in your calendar. Your earning potential is up to you.
