Job description

Human Resource Manager for Digital Marketing Sector Work from Home

As HR Manager, you’ll be a key partner in shaping our workforce strategy, fostering an inclusive and engaged workplace, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. You’ll lead recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and DEI initiatives while aligning HR goals with our organizational mission. Our total workforce is 300 plus and spans different countries, with a majority in Sri Lanka.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent, reducing time-to-hire to meet business needs.
  • Design onboarding and training programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
  • Oversee performance management, compensation, and benefits to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
  • Foster a positive workplace through conflict resolution, employee recognition, and DEI initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain up-to-date HR policies.
  • Leverage HR analytics to drive data-driven decisions and optimize processes using platforms like Workday or BambooHR.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years in HR roles in a digital marketing company or an IT company, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory position.

  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and drive strategic HR initiatives.
  • Analytical: Proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.

  • Ethical: High integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Tech Savvy - (Non-negotiable) Highly technical oriented to easily get started with systems and automations
