🚀 Data Analyst

Collaborate closely with talented Data Scientists and client teams to analyze, visualize, and interpret patterns, providing actionable insights that enhance operational and strategic outcomes in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. 

Support the aggregation and compilation of large datasets, validate data accuracy, and assist in creating insightful visualizations to enable impactful, data-driven decision-making.

 
What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • Proven experience in data analysis, including data cleaning and aggregation.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions for data manipulation.
  • Expertise in SQL for querying, managing, and optimizing datasets.
  • Familiarity with Tableau or similar tools for creating dynamic visualizations and dashboards.
  • Fluency in English to communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to validate and ensure the quality of data processed by offshore teams.
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience collaborating with Data Scientists on hypothesis testing and pattern recognition.
  • Ability to create dashboards that effectively present key insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in data verification and visualization.
  • Familiarity with supporting cross-functional teams in data-driven initiatives.
 
Additional Details
  • Location: Anywhere in Mexico (remote work from home)
  • Eligibility: Only fluent English speakers and legal residents/locals can be considered (directly hired as a full-time employee).
  • Contract Type: Direct hire, indefinite contract
