Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 10 am - 7 pm (Chicago, IL, US Central Time)
Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week
Take on a dynamic sales role that blends creative experiences with business development. You’ll connect clients with our workshops, build relationships, and manage both short- and long-term sales opportunities. As the company grows, you’ll help drive sales and ensure great customer experiences.
Drive both inbound and outbound sales initiatives across multiple US markets.
Convert incoming workshop inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Develop relationships with event planners and corporate decision-makers.
Manage the end-to-end sales process using Trello.
Provide outstanding customer support throughout the buyer journey.
Create and nurture long-term relationships with potential clients.
Track and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Handle workshop scheduling and booking coordination.
Contribute to market expansion initiatives.
Support lead generation efforts across different market segments.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in sales roles, preferably in events or experience-based services.
Strong proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
Experience with Trello or similar project management tools.
Demonstrated ability to manage both short and long-term sales cycles.
Professional phone manner and excellent email communication skills.
Ability to work independently while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Experience in customer service or support roles.
Comfortable with creative sales approaches and consultative selling.
Ability to work during US Central Time zone hours.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Previous experience in B2B and B2C sales environments is preferred.
