Job description

This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM UK time with an hour unpaid break

Role Overview:
As a B2B Cold Caller, your primary responsibility will be to generate interest and book appointments with limited companies in the UK by presenting our financial products in a clear and professional manner . You’ll be expected to navigate gatekeepers, qualify leads, and consistently contribute to our sales pipeline. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter with experience in outbound B2B sales or cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calls are tracked and monitored so a minimum of 100 calls per day should be made to UK-based limited companies to introduce our finance solutions
  • Promote a range of offerings including Business Loans, Invoice Financing, and Asset & Vehicle Finance
  • Engage and build rapport with key decision-makers while navigating past gatekeepers to book appointments
  • Accurately update CRM systems with call details, lead status, and follow-ups
  • Research and qualify leads through LinkedIn and other professional platforms
  • Focus exclusively on limited UK based companies (no sole traders)
  • Represent the company with professionalism and confidence at all times


Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B cold calling sales experience, appointment setting, or outbound sales
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a neutral or minimal accent
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably with UK business customers
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and call tracking tools like Zoiper5
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Basic understanding of business finance (Business Loans, Invoice Finance, and Asset Finance) concepts and terminology
  • Professional and persuasive phone manner with the ability to quickly build rapport
  • High level of self-motivation, resilience, and goal orientation
