Schedule:
  • Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, Melbourne, AU
  • Client Timezone: Australian Eastern Time

  • Achieve and exceed monthly qualified lead targets
  • Participate in regular performance reviews and team strategy sessions
  • Collaborate with management to improve processes and results continuously
  • Document all prospect interactions with attention to detail



Requirements
  • Proven track record in outbound calling, lead generation, or similar role
  • Excellence in professional communication and relationship building
  • Strong technical aptitude with CRM systems and sales software
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Professional home office setup with reliable high-speed internet
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong focus on achieving targets
  • Experience working remotely preferred
  • Ability to participate in bi-weekly performance check-ins
  • Comfortable with performance-based incentive structure
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
