Requirements
Proven track record in outbound calling, lead generation, or similar role
Excellence in professional communication and relationship building
Strong technical aptitude with CRM systems and sales software
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Results-oriented mindset with strong focus on achieving targets
Experience working remotely preferred
Ability to participate in bi-weekly performance check-ins
