This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 20 hours/week, Monday to Friday 8am to 12pm PST

Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of introducing an innovative AI platform to property management companies across North America. You’ll work directly with company leadership to identify and connect with decision-makers in the property management space, helping them discover how our AI technology can transform their business operations. This role offers the unique opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding technology company while developing valuable B2B sales skills in the emerging PropTech sector.

Responsibilities
  • Navigate through organizations to connect with key decision-makers, including company owners, COOs, and operations directors
  • Manage and qualify leads using established criteria and our proven sales methodology
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospects’ current operations and pain points
  • Evaluate technical compatibility and integration requirements for potential clients
  • Schedule qualified demonstrations using our automated booking system
  • Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions in HubSpot CRM
  • Follow up on scheduled appointments and manage meeting coordination
  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns using company-provided scripts and materials
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, with a focus on North American markets
  • Excellent English communication skills with a professional phone presence
  • Experience using CRM systems, particularly HubSpot
  • Ability to work Vancouver/PST business hours
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable discussing technical solutions and software integrations
  • Experience in multi-threading and navigating corporate structures
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet home office space
