Job Title: Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing and support our business growth. This is a strategic and delivery-focused role for someone with proven success in agency marketing, ideally in our verticals, place, property and infrastructure.
You’ll be responsible for developing and executing campaigns that raise our profile, generate leads, and build deeper relationships with our audiences, — including both public and private sector decision-makers.
Lead the agency’s marketing strategy across content, digital, social, PR and awards. Refine the current marketing plan
Plan and execute paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn and Google PPC
Create compelling content — from thought leadership and case studies to trend pieces and insight reports
Own the editorial calendar
Source & manage external contributors where needed
Work with the leadership team to launch new services and shape propositions
Manage CRM and email marketing, segmenting audiences and tracking engagement
Identify and pursue PR, speaking and award opportunities
Monitor campaign performance and optimise for effectiveness
Stay plugged into our sectors, surfacing insights and feeding them into marketing and new business
Potentially work on client campaigns
A strong communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
Adept at using AI across multiple platforms for research and both visual and written content
At ease with WordPress
Good working knowledge of web build
Can edit content in Canva, Adobe and direct in Meta platforms
Personable and collaborative, able to build trust with colleagues, partners and potential clients
A brilliant copywriter
Naturally team-oriented — you put team over ego
Comfortable rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in
Able to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day delivery
Curious, open, and always looking for ways to do things better
7+ years’ experience for a branding/creative/marketing agency
Strong track record of running paid media campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads)
Editorially strong — able to craft and commission content that builds credibility and interest
Experience in place, property and infrastructure marketing
Good grasp of neuroscience and behavioural marketing principles — particularly the role of emotion in memory and decision-making
Sharp commercial awareness and the ability to link marketing activity to pipeline growth
Analytical, organised and outcome-focused
