Job description

This is a remote position.

Overview:

We are looking for a Tech Lead – Integration with strong expertise in MuleSoft to lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in architecting and delivering API-led connectivity solutions, mentoring developers, and ensuring best practices in integration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the technical design and development of integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and developers to deliver scalable and secure API-led integration solutions.
Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and API security guidelines.
Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for integration applications.
Act as a technical mentor to integration developers, guiding them in implementing best practices.
Define and enforce CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for integration projects.
Work closely with project managers to estimate efforts, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery.
Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, compliance, and security frameworks.

Stay updated on emerging trends in integration technologies and drive innovation within the practice

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (API Manager, Runtime Manager, CloudHub, DataWeave, etc.).
Experience with other integration platforms (e.g., Warkato, Boomi, Apigee, Tibco, Informatica) is a plus.
Strong experience in RESTful & SOAP APIs, RAML, JSON, XML, and microservices-based integration.
Knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) and messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, JMS, etc.).
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, DevOps practices, and API security.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.
Experience in Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

MuleSoft certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer/Architect) are highly preferred.

Education & Certifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certifications (Developer/Architect) on any Integration platform will be preferred.
