Key responsibilities:

  • Install new hot runner systems at customer sites.
  • Provide on-site and remote technical assistance for troubleshooting issues.
  • Support the sales team as needed and participate in customer mold tests.
  • Complete service and daily reports accurately and on time.

Job description

Work You’ll Do:

  • Install new systems
  • Provide on-site technical assistance for trouble-shooting 
  • Provide technical support remotely
  • Support sales team if necessary
  • Participate in the customer mold test.
  • Complete the service report and daily report on time
  • Public relationship with local government.
  • Other duties as may be assigned
