Considering that many adults may not be fully engaged with their lifestyle habits, and nearly as many find it challenging to stick to positive lifestyle changes. Although 75% of us die from a chronic disease (hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol...), 50% of us are not aware of having a condition (awareness) and 50% of us are not adherent to their treatment (adherence). By rewarding self-monitoring, Elfie contributes to raising awareness and adherence among the general public. Elfie is made up of lifestyle medicine professionals, healthcare professionals, users, patients, engineers who participate to the elaboration of the application's content. Under the supervision of our scientific board, they provide qualitative and up to date information on health, wellbeing and lifestyle. Today, Elfie is endorsed by 6 medical associations and has reached nearly 500,000 families across North America, Europe, LatAm, APAC and the MiddleEast.
