About the role...
We want sports-driven, competitive team players who love sales and want to win.
You’ll lead client relationships and drive growth for our Sonra Lite consumer product across the U.S. You’ll work closely with both new and existing players and coaches, supporting their needs, maximizing retention, and uncovering opportunities to expand our reach and revenue. You will be tech savvy with a strong desire to learn, excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
What you will do…
• Serve as the main point of contact for Sonra Lite customer accounts.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions based on customer needs.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide fast, effective support.
• Track and document customer interactions to maintain detailed service histories.
• Visit clients throughout the year to ensure continued satisfaction.
• Prepare regular reports on accounts status and performance.
• Communicate projects and initiative progress clearly to stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Work closely with the sales team to grow business across territories.
• Deliver compelling product demos (online and onsite).
• Represent STATSports at external events and engagements.
• Provide client feedback to our product development teams.
• Support R&D projects including data collection and analysis.
About you...
Essential
• Degree in Sports, Exercise Science, or a Sports Business-related field.
• 1+ year experience in a customer-facing role within the sports industry.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% of the time.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
Desirable
• Experience working with GPS.
• Spanish Speaking
• Background in sports performance, across various levels and disciplines.
